In a small bowl combine sugar, yeast and warm water. Let set about 10 minutes until the yeast is active and foamy.

Dump the flour into the mixer bowl. Add the yogurt, oil and yeast mixture. Mixing for 4 minutes.

Cover the bowl with a damp towel and place in a warm area of the kitchen. Let double in size, about an hour.

Dump the dough onto a lightly floured surface, sprinkle top with additional flour and form into a flat ball. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions.

Using a rolling pen, roll out each portion into an 8" circle.

Heat a lightly greased, cast-iron pan or griddle on high heat. Place dough on hot surface and cook about 3 minutes until the bread puffs up. Flip the bread and cook another 3 minutes.
