This Slow Cooker Beef Roast is going to fall apart for you every single time you make it. Its tender, moist, and absolutely delicious. It's type of meal that leaves you so satisfied you won't even think about dessert! Rosemary and garlic compliment the beef perfectly & the drippings make a lovely gravy.
Thaw roast completely. Grease bottom of slow cooker. Place meat in slow cooker.
Add coconut oil, coconut aminos, & vinegars to slow cooker.
Sprinkle rosemary, garlic, & pepper on top.
Put the lid on slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Do NOT take the lid off until it has cooked for 6-8 hours!!
